City.

office in Naucalpan, State of Mexico.

Sommer commenced its expansion
in Mexico, setting up operations in Queretaro and Puebla.

Expansion continued in the
west of Mexico with the opening of our Guadalajara offices.

The company moved into the
north of the country when it opened its operation in Monterrey.

The company consolidated its
expansion by opening in Torreon, Culiacan, San Luis Potosi and Cordoba.

|
Three new regional offices
opened in Hermosillo, Toluca and Villahermosa.

The company underlines its
solidity by opening another office in Saltillo.

The company expands its
regional network, opening another two offices in Tampico and Leon.

The opening of a new office in
Lazaro Cardenas continues our expansion in the west of the country.

Expansion in the north of
Mexico continues with the opening of our regional office in Cd. Juarez.

The company reinforces its
position in the market by opening two more offices, in Iztapalapa, in the
central region of Mexico, and in Aguascalientes, in the Bajio region.

Expansion of the company
continues at a constant rate; regional offices opened in Obregon,
Veracruz and Merida.

With new offices in Monclova
and Celaya, Sommer now has a network of 25 regional offices throughout
